Federal Funds Allocations Based on Census Data
From the Census Bureau
The Census has released a 63 page report that for fiscal year 2007, examines 140 federal grant and direct assistance programs that distributed funds. The report finds that approximately $446.4 billion in federal grant and direct assistance money is annually distributed based in part or in whole on population and income data.
