One of the easiest and most important things you can do is to partner with the Census.  Partnerning with the Census does not obligate you to do anything, but it does give you access to Census resrouces.

Visit your state's information page on this site to find your Regional Office phone number or the contact information for a Partnership Specialist.  A Partnership Specialist will either mail you a Partnership Agreement Form or drop one off in person.
